Amsterdam University Medical Center

Amsterdam UMC is an academic hospital that offers excellent academic patient care, state-of-the-art scientific research and top-level education and training. Amsterdam UMC trains thousands of young people to become doctors, specialists or nurses. Amsterdam UMC has eight research institutes. The researchers affiliated with these are internationally among the top in medical scientific research.

VU Amsterdam

Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute

NIDI, the national demographic research institute, conducts leading, high-level scientific research in the broad field of population studies thereby also contributing to solving societal challenges . The research is organized across four core themes, and is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach and is interdisciplinary oriented.

Statistics Netherlands

Statistics Netherlands (CBS) provides relevant and independent figures on a wide range of societal issues. Whether the issue is climate change, sustainability, the housing challenge or poverty, we respond to the need for transparent and accessible information. Within the Healthpath project, CBS has played a key role in selecting the sample for the Healthpath Longitudinal Study.
